What is the difference between the StockBoss programs?
Both applications give you full access to the StockBoss system. If you qualify as listed above you may have both installed at the same time. Below are some of the differences: StockBoss 2.1 provides a simple menu driven interface to access all features of the StockBoss service. Features unique to StockBoss 2.1 include Integrated Message Viewer to that shows all incoming messages from StockBoss: – You can now make a request and not have to leave the StockBoss application to view the results. – Messages can be displayed in 3 different layouts and in 4 different font sizes. – Support for Bid/Ask, Range, Change Percent and Volume Percent in requested quotes and updates. – Data rows can be resorted based on any of the columns. Custom Notifications: – Display a pop-up window when StockBoss messages arrive, jump directly into viewer. – Play a unique tune when StockBoss messages arrive.
