What is the difference between the statuses “needs correction” and “rejected”?

0

The status “needs correction” means that the initial TTB review of your eApplication and label disclosed problems. Rather than reject the application outright, we give you the opportunity to make the corrections within 15 calendar days. If you do not make the corrections within that time or do not make all the required corrections, we reject the application, and you have to resubmit. This procedure only applies to e-filed applications. “Corrected” eApplications receive priority consideration over new applications received on the same day.
