The Standard Wheel Kit includes 2 black vinyl wheels and 2 feet. The feet allow the footlocker to sit level. The Deluxe Wheel Kit comes with an extending built-in handle (similar to many pieces of carry-on luggage) for pulling or pushing your footlocker. If you plan on removing the wheels often the Deluxe Wheel Kit is probably the way to go since it requires half the assembly that the Standard Wheel Kit does. The Deluxe Wheel Kit is only available for the sizes #1104 & #1105.
