The main difference between these two offerings is that the retail package comes with support and is ideal for end-users or small offices of less than five users. The Standard edition includes the core features, extensions and email/calendar functionality. The Enterprise Edition comes with all that and some enterprise tools like an SDK, NetBeans plug-in and MySQL extension.
