There is absolutely no differences. And there is only one version. The shareware/unregistered version has a built-in 60 days limitation. By registering, you will simply get rid of this limitation.

The shareware version, which you can download here, is an MS-DOS based program that lets you generate calendars on your PC, which you can then upload to your Web site. Events are added to the calendars by listing them in a simple text file before you run the program. Or, you can edit the HTML calendar files the program creates and add your events that way. The registered version runs lets you edit the calendars using a form on a Web page, as demonstrated on this site.
