By default, a copy of your email is put in the “Sent” folder when you have sent email in Thunderbird. On the other hand, a copy of your email is put in the “Sent Items” folder when you have sent email in Outlook or OWA. To synchronize, we recommend to choose the “Sent Items” folder to be the default folder where a copy of the email you have sent is to be stored.
