What is the difference between the rooms (double, semi-private, private)?

The rooms are divided into Double (accommodate two persons and share the floor bathroom); Semi-private (two-double occupancy rooms with their own bathroom); and some Private rooms (single-occupancy and share the floor bathroom) are available. Current residents have priority for private and semi-private rooms based on seniority in the residence halls.
