What is the difference between the Regular Book Store cash back and the Used Book Store buyback?

The UBS is operated by the University Students’ Council; the Regular Book Store is operated be the University. Therefore the bookstores each use different wholesalers, which results in different prices and policies. The UBS wholesaler (Budgetext) purchases mostly American published books; the Regular Book Store’s wholesaler will purchase both American and Canadian Books. The Regular Book Store’s wholesaler is also involved with a network of ten universities across the country. Therefore, they may purchase more books on some titles only. Prices change with each company but are often comparable (exceptions do apply on some titles). Remember, cash back is done in real time – so payouts change quickly depending on the book numbers purchased.
