A. The Provisional Level A is for those individuals who have earned Associates, Bachelors, or Masters degrees in human service related fields. A list of accepted degrees can be found in Appendix E of the Guidelines. The Provisional Level B (formerly the Provisional MHRT/Community) applies to those individuals who have completed the five courses listed or who have completed an academic program that has been pre-approved as meeting the Provisional MHRT/C, Level B certification.
