What is the difference between the PocketPC version and the PocketPC 2002 version ?
Both versions are identical in Pocket Streetmap functionality, they differ only in the way that they connect to the internet. The PocketPC version will try our slave loader connection first, then attempt use the local network, then try the dial up connection The PocketPC 2002 version uses the built in connection manager in the PocketPC 2002 operating system. A PocketPC running PocketPC 2002 operating system (most of the newer pocket pc’s) can run either version of Pocket Streetmap. The PocketPC 2002 version of Pocket Streetmap can only be run on a PocketPC running PocketPC 2002 operating system.
