As an Easement member you are only allowed to bathe, boat and fish is the lake, rent the Clubhouse, and attend all UGLPOA events and functions. While you don’t have to join the UGLPOA, joining allows you to request a dock, swim at the beach by the clubhouse, obtain a discount on Clubhouse rentals, attend all UGLPOA events and functions, and be nominated (after being a member in good standing for one year) for election to the Board of Trustees.
