The difference is, the Play-Safe ¾” is a bigger size chip and has fiber strands running throughout the chips, whereas the Prem. Play-Safe 3/8″ is smaller and has very minimal fiber throughout the chips. It also just depends on your preference in looks. The 3/8″ has more of a finished, tailored look to it.
