The “Hot List” is the last minute list. These are properties weeks that are coming due soon and are still vacant. Because of the urgency, the Hot List properties are heavily discounted. Prime GetAway will email this list out on a monthly basis or our members can go online anytime to see them. The Platinum List is our main database of over 4,000 wholsesale priced properties. Platinum properties can be booked up to a year in advance. Question: What is the Refund Policy of Prime GetAway? Answer: Your membership fee you paid is a setup fee in our our database.
