The Plan Vivo Standard is the only Standard developed exclusively for use in community-based projects. The Plan Vivo Standard is also part of a wider System, which gives step-by-step guidance and procedures for project development. It has grown organically out of successful projects, and projects and programmes are central actors in the System’s development.
