What is the difference between the OSRA and Tax?
Taxes are a charge to individuals and corporations. The taxation charge is linked to income or to spending. Tax money is one source of revenue to governments. Own Source Revenue is the combination of taxes and other money that will be collected by the K’ómoks government. The K’ómoks government will use some of the money to offset the cost to Canada of providing funding for programs and services to our members.
