The ANAC values are for Australian standard conditions. NFRC values apply to US external temperatures of -20 degrees and are totally inappropriate for Australian conditions. We are supposed to use them as part of the “US free trade” agreement the Howard government signed us up for. The use of NFRC values within ACCURATE and BERS is restricted to display purposes. They are not used for the simulations (the actual values at the operating temperatures are calculated instead).
