What is the difference between the native interface and the standard interface?
The Native Interface is accessed by browsing to WebBoard’s internal web server (typically found on port 8080). This interface is not supported for extensive customization and is provided as-is. The native interface contains administrative options that the standard interface does not, such as the ability to move messages and edit site-wide settings. The Standard Interface, also known as the ASP Interface, is accessed by browsing to the pre-configured IIS website or virtual directory that contains the WebBoard ASP pages. This is the interface that’s most commonly used and contains many more “look-and-feel” related options, such as the ability to dynamically change cascading style sheets on a per-board basis. Customizations of this interface are also supported on a limited basis.
