What is the difference between the My eGC1 List and the My Approvals List?

The My eGC1 list will show the user all of their eGC1s. For example, if they are the PI, Creator or Owner they will only see their personal list of eGC1s. Only those eGC1s in which the user has direct access (i.e., owner, read-only or read-write permissions) are displayed here. From this viewpoint you will also see eGC1s in Composing status. Preparers should use the My eGC1 List. The My Approval list pertains to all of the eGC1s that the user is authorized to see (including their own) because they have approval authority and/or watcher authority. The Approval Status page indicates where an eGC1 is in the routing process relative to their role. Only online applications are displayed via this filter. The eGC1s that are in Composing will only be shown from the My eGC1 List page. Approvers or Watchers should use the My Approvals List.
