What is the difference between the Lose Weight and the Feel Great Editions?
Both editions have the same content on the Web site but each offers a different set of emails. Both the Feel Great and Lose Weight editions of the 10,000 Steps program include weekly emails with motivational messages and tips about how to be more active. The Lose Weight edition also contains extra tips on how to manage weight.
