The main difference between Kick-off! for Mac v1.0 and v1.7 is support for Mac OS X; the Kick-off! for Mac software was completely re-written at v1.5 for use with OS X. The other main feature addition is the ability to start up the computer whenever power returns after an outage. Kick-off! v1.7 is a purchased upgrade from Kick-off! v1.0. Note: If you are using Mac OS 8.6-9 and you don’t need the automatic power on after power failure feature, the upgrade is not necessary. The Kick-off! v1.0.3 software is available in our Software Library.
