What is the difference between the insurance in Rents, Rates & Insurance and the one in Utility & Insurance?
Information recorded under Property Details > Utilities & Insurance is included in documents such as the Tenant Welcome Pack. It is used for reference purposes and therefore, it is not mandatory information that you must enter. It’s for your own convenience and that of your tenants. Rents, Rates & Insurances is used to record those types of costs as they occur, in the same way that you might enter legal expenditures under the Other Costs tab.
