The Ingham County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office handles all court-related services and filings for the Circuit Court. The County Clerk’s Office handles many other matters that do not pertain to court, such as election information, DBA’s and partnerships, birth, death and marriage information and forms, passport information and forms, notary public information and forms, concealed pistols licenses, military discharge, genealogy research and forms, and county commissioner districts.
