What is the difference between the Individual Coach Approach and the Weight Loss Management Group?
The Individual Coach Approach is a 10 week one-on-one program that includes a weekly weigh in and a discussion on a nutritional program each week. A prescribed plan with menus is provided for you that is based on your body weight, height and goals. It also includes daily motivation and support via email. The Weight Loss Management Group meets weekly and are recommended for those who have followed a weight loss plan before.
