What is the difference between the Hot Keywords and the Keywords entered in the Search tab?

When you search for the ‘Hot Keywords’, the resumes containing the keywords are marked with Icon. The resumes not containing the keywords are also displayed in the Grid. When you search for a keyword using the Search tab, the resumes containing the keywords are filtered and displayed in the Grid. The resumes not containing the keywords are removed from the Grid.
