What is the difference between the Home Energy Improvement program and other home efficiency audit and improvement programs?
The Home Energy Improvement program is an audit and improvement program for income-qualifying Dominion customers in Virginia. This program is offered by Dominion and approved by the Virginia State Corporation Commission. The Virginia Department of Housing and Community Development also offer weatherization services. This program provides a number of upgrades through local Weatherization Assistance Providers (WAP). You may contact your local Weatherization Assistance Provider for more information on programs for which you may be eligible.
