What is the difference between the GPS that I pay for on my Cel Phone and a Hand Held unit that is offered here for sale?
A. There are Major Differences between a GPS service that you pay for by the month on your Cel phone and a Hand Held unit that is offered here. The GPS Service that you are paying for on your Cel phone cannot be updated on your own–it is only as good as the Cel Phone Provider has updated it. If there are errors in the GPS software, map or if you want it updated; it CANNOT BE DONE. So, if there are errors, in the GPS, if stores have closed since the map was last made; they will still appear and cannot be updated on your own; therefore it cannot be customized. In addition, you Do Not Own the GPS as you are paying by the month and you never finish paying for it as you Do Not Own an actual GPS unit. Our GPS units can be customized and when you purchase a GPS unit from us, you own it and it can be updated by us; using our updating program that we offer. Q.
