The genesis Project is an innovative business model designed to deliver improved, technologically advanced services to our Unemployment Insurance (UI) customers. It entails several key components that change how we do business. One of these components is a system of software and hardware that has been designed specifically for the UI Program to integrate the branches within our program. This is the SUPER system.
