While the design and look of both is pretty much identical there are a few minor differences: • The GatLight Titanium is brighter (V-bin LED instead U-bin) • The knob in the back has a different more refined knurl • The male thread in the back (knob) is gold plated • Different titanium alloy for the bars for a perfect finish • Engraving is GATLIGHT and serial no.
