What is the difference between the FuelMeister and the FuelMeister Plus?
Making Biodiesel is a two stage process. The FuelMeister has a single processing tank which is used for both stages. The entire processing takes about 2 days to complete from start to finish, so the FuelMeister is able to make up to 40 gallons of Biodiesel fuel at a time, but takes about 2 days to do it. The FuelMeister Plus adds a second processing tank to the set-up. When the oil completes stage one, you move it to the second tank where it will go through stage two of the process. This allows you to begin a new batch of oil processing through stage one in the first tank while the first batch is going through stage two in the second tank. In this way you can process a 40 gallon batch of oil every day.
