What is the difference between the freeware and trial version?

0

You can download and use both versions for free. The trial release is exactly the same as the freeware one except that it shows the full range of image filters, even the ones that can only be used when the program is purchased. You may use all the functions unrestricted – just like in the freeware release -, however if you choose to use Adobe-compatible plugins or one of these advanced image filters (that are clearly distinguished from the free ones) the program warns you and you cannot save the image you applied the filter on. Choose the freeware release if you don’t ever plan to purchase Ultimate Paint, just want to use a reliable and sophisticated image editor, and download the trial release if you might be interested in registering UP later and using its full functionality after you have tested its available features.
