What is the difference between the File Manager and the Lite File Manager on the website?

0

The Web File Manager uses Ajax and JavaScript to load information into a tree file manager not unlike what you are used to seeing on Windows. It also has richer features such as the ability to drag and drop multiple files for upload. The File Manager can load information for about 3,000 files into a browser. If you have more than this you will need to filter your view or you can always use the Web Lite File Manager. For many of our business clients sometimes their browsers are locked down so they cannot use such features so the Lite File Manager is an alternative File Manager that is built around HTML which works very quick and has slightly less rich features but should work even if certain browser features are disabled.
