The ERAU Sport Aviation Club is an official student Club of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. The student Club does not own the aircraft. The aircraft are owned by the membership of the Eagles Sport Aviation Club. The Eagles Club (which is a not-for-profit 501 (c) (7) organization 59-3546432) was formed to own the aircraft and support the student Club.
