What is the difference between the dry mill and wet mill ethanol technologies?
Dry milling is by far the least expensive way to produce ethanol but only produces one low grade co-product called Dried Distillers Grains (DDGs). Conversely, our wet milling process creates several high-grade, diversified, environmentally-friendly co-products: corn germ, corn gluten meal, corn fibre (cellulose), brewers yeast, and heavy steep water.
