What is the difference between the Crema blend and the TSR blend?
The Crema blend is a 100% Arabica blend, and the coffee that Jolly Caffe sells to the coffee bars and restaurants in Italy and around the world. It is the blend that has made the Jolly Caffe name synonymous with quality in the espresso industry, and it is also the blend certified by the INEI. The TSR line is made to the same exacting standards as the Crema blend, with one important difference. While the Crema blend is 100% Arabica, the TSR line is blended with 10% Robusta beans. By creating this blend, Jolly Caffe was able to satisfy those consumers who prefer a mix of the two bean types. The 90% / 10% blend combines the best characteristics of the Robusta variety, such as more crema and body, without losing the aroma, flavor and smoothness of the Arabica. Which blend you prefer is strictly a matter of personal preference.
