What is the difference between the coverage of city data and submarket data?
The area covered in CREIS Japan data surveys includes both cities and submarkets. In conceptual terms, submarket data is subordinate to city data. City data is the data collated to cover all the submarkets included within the cities covered. Data outside the scope of the submarkets included in the cities covered is not included in the city data. See Office Building Sample Page.
