What is the difference between the CO and CPE labeled units? And where do the go?
The CO / CPE designation are Telco Carrier terms – CO – Central Office Equipment CPE – Customer Premise Equipment Our Ethernet Extenders are labeled with this CO/CPE identification primarily for our stock packaging and RMA repair. COs will only talk to CPEs. The placement of the units are interchangeable and irrelevant to their operation or performance.
