What is the difference between the Certificate of Assistance, Courses for Credit, and Diploma?
The certificate of Assistance is based on the participant’s assistance to the classes and is not required to take exams although exams may be required for participants transferring credits to their university in their home country or if sponsor requires this. The Diploma costs $3,500 and exams are mandatory for ALL the courses that the participant chooses to register. Participant must register at least 64 hours of class, which can be achieved by taking two 14 day courses and one 7-day course. A fourth course would be included in these costs. ABA Academic credit option is for students who are currently enrolled for their LLM degree at American University Washington College of Law.
