What is the difference between the Certificate in Work-Life and the new Work-Life Certified Professional (WLCP) designation?
The Certificate in Work-Life confirms attendance at the four work-life courses offered by WorldatWork. The WLCP designation is a credential that certifies to employers and other stakeholders a certain level of competence in job responsibilities related to work-life practice. The designation is earned by passing four required examinations. I have taken two of the work-life seminars previously offered by Boston College/AWLP. Can I use them toward the Certificate in Work-Life? You can earn the “Certificate in Work-Life” by completing any combination of four work-life courses/seminars previously offered by Boston College and currently offered by WorldatWork.
