The Certificate in Supervisory Management (CSM) is awarded upon completion of Levels I through IV, Readings 1 and 2, Project 1, a comprehensive examination covering Levels I through IV, and an application for the first two readings. The CPM designation is awarded upon completion of the CSM requirements, Levels V through VIII, Reading 3, Projects 2 and 3, and a comprehensive examination covering Levels V through VII.
