The Privacy and Opt Out Notice is Capital One’s personally identifiable information collection and use notice that covers the all aspects of the customer relationship for customers of the affiliates listed in the notice. The Online Privacy Statement is limited to Capital One’s online data collection and use practices and applies to customers and non-customers alike.
