What is the difference between The Canadian Abridgment eDigests and Canadian Current Law – Case Digests?
The Canadian Abridgment eDigests represent a sub-set of all of the cases digested for Canadian Current Law – Case Digests. Abridgment eDigests are only available for specific topics, while CCL contains digests for all of the subject titles in The Canadian Abridgment Key Classification System. Within those specific topics, Abridgment eDigests excludes cases deemed by our editorial staff to have little precedential value. CCL includes digests for all cases. Abridgment eDigests are available on a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis, depending on the topic. CCL is a monthly publication.
