What is the difference between the Blue and Purple Wave?

The only difference is the Blue Wave gathers on the West side of Capitol Blvd (near KeyBank) and the Purple Wave gathers on the East side of Capitol Blvd (near City Hall). Both waves are for the non-competitive participants who would like to walk or jog in the 5K.
