MIT Ballroom Dance Club (BDC) does NOT do performances. It is a social dance club with lessons every Sunday and several dances on Saturdays during the school year. MIT students and the public alike are allowed to join as a member or come to BDC events. MIT Ballroom Dancing Team (BDT) is a competitive dance team (i.e., they go to competitions). BDT is open only to people with MIT affiliation. They also do performances.
