Both the Bagless and WindTunnel Bagless use the same HEPA filter. The Bagless has a 6.9 amp or 12 amp motor and the debris goes through the motor and then into the chamber. You have to slide an indicator knob when you want to use the tools. The WindTunnel bagless uses a 12 amp motor and the debris goes directly into the chamber bypassing the motor. You do not have to slide a knob to use the tools; just have the handle in the upright position.
