What is the difference between the Available Balance and the Balance on my account?
The balance is what you actually have in the account and the available is what you have access to use on your account. Often if a check is placed on hold or a transaction is done using a debit card, the full amount will not be available in the account. It will show as the balance but the available. We recommend checking your account balance and available prior to completing transactions.
