What is the difference between the assessment survey and the results survey?
The assessment survey evaluates the current state of an electric utility against the required characteristics in the eight domains and the five levels of the SGMM. The results survey collects performance, demographic, output, and impact measures that can then be correlated against maturity scores from the assessment. Although we encourage a utility to complete both surveys at the same time, a utility may decide to only complete one of them.
