• Both Aetna Choice POSII 600 and Aetna Choice POSII HRA are POS/PPO type plans which allow members the option to use in and out of network providers. • Both plans will use Aetna™ Choice POSII Open Access network. • Aetna Choice POSII 600 has a lower deductible ($600 for individual, $1800 for family) with higher monthly premiums. • Aetna Choice POSII HRA has a higher deductible ($1500 for individual, $4500 for family) with lower monthly premiums. • Aetna Choice POSII HRA has a $600 up-front benefit allowance for expenses ($1800 up-front benefit allowance for families). • Both Aetna Choice POSII 600 and Aetna Choice POSII HRA allow you to use non-participating providers. However, if you use a non-participating provider you will incur higher out-of-pocket expenses due to Balance Billing.For more information on Balance Billing click here. • Pharmacy (prescription) expenses also count towards the deductible and out of pocket maximum in the POSII HRA plan.
