A; You receive the acceptance letter immediately when you are accepted into IHF, this is the first letter you will receive telling you have been accepted. This letter tells you that you were accepted into IHF and gives a general welcome. The visa support letter is used to help obtain a visa. This is only sent from the Visa team after volunteers have completed their 12 pre-trip hours.
