Under the 24x7x4hr plan, Cisco will deliver the replacement firewall within four hours upon receiving the request. Under the 8x5xNBD plan, the firewall will not arrive until sometime the next business day. If your firewall fails on a Friday afternoon or weekend, the replacement firewall will not arrive until the following Monday.
