Pre-written email templates also contain non-auto fill tags enclosed by less than and greater than signs (<>): , , etc. Lead Manager does not auto fill these tags, and a user must replace them with text before sending the email. These tags may be moved, deleted, or altered, and new non-auto fill tags can be created and added to email templates. However, since they must be edited individually before mailing, templates using non-auto fill tags are not suitable for Auto replies.
